Structured, flared design. Heavy-weight twill fabric with crepe lining. This piece feels really seasonless. I've worn it in the summer with loose jeans and a kitten heel, and in the winter with a black skirt + tights. Definitely a snug fit, but sooo flattering and worth a little uncomfy-ness, lol.
